Where once stood a frustrated stand-up poet, a musician, a fetish fashion designer and a travelling adventurer now stand GiT, who have honed their post-punk, post-industrial, post-pop charge over a hard year of snotty dives, sticky clubs and greasy fetish nights.

Edgar Allen Poe meets Mark E. Smith, crowing and cawing, whispering through densely layered mesmeric guitar: they cajole us to dark places, rolling and wrecking like the unseen storm out to sea.

Git's pulsing, swerving sound will speak to you in a way that music rarely does. Reverie and revelry mashed up on the dance floor, they are a force of nature and a jerking, electric call to arms. Catch them while you can. Music doesn't come much more powerful, infectious, arresting and original than this.
